Heather Harman

Marketing Associate

Over the last decade, Heather has developed skills and experience across a variety of disciplines including strategy and planning, project/campaign management, digital marketing, public relations, and more.


Prior to joining the New Markets team, Heather focused on content creation/management, content writing, copy writing, and social media management as a Freelance Marketing Consultant. In previous roles, she has had the opportunity to be a part of major projects such as website and mobile app development, the management of multi-million-dollar marketing and advertising budgets, and the launch of lead nurturing/marketing automation streams. She has been a key player in marketing teams over the course of her career and is looking forward to making an impact in the New Markets team.


Heather graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Communications and Media Studies and Business minor. Heather grew up in New Jersey, and after living in various states along the east coast (and a brief stint in London), settled in Southern Maryland six years ago with her husband and two kids.
